HAWB must show actual true freight charges otherwise IATA rate will be applied as the Value for Customs at destination
Consignee is to be stated in full by importer of record, importers address, phone number and contact person
China Customs at origin require details of MAWB consignee and HAWB consignee tax i.d / VAT number to process export entry.
Air freight consolidation not allowed.
Execute as a direct MAWB only showing true shipper, true consignee and true description of goods with notify party as :

D.D.P / D.D.U / D.A.P service notes
D.D.P can only be provided if consignee is the Sudan Government or a Sudanese Government owned busienss.
All other shipments can only be handled on a D.D.U or D.A.P basis if destination servcies are required.
Do not export any shipments to Khartoum without prior Aero africa consent
For all D.D.U or D.A.P request, please provide the following in order to obtaina quick response :
Consignee name and address
Place of delivery if different than above
Consignee contact person, telephone, mobile, email and job title
A point of reference, such as PO# or hard copy shippers dox
