China Customs at origin require details of MAWB consignee and HAWB consignee tax i.d / VAT number to process export entry.
THE FOLLOWING HAS TO BE UNDERTAKEN PRIOR TO EXPORT AT ORIGIN
Pre Shipment Inspection (PSI) is not required for shipments valued at 2000 USD and under (C.I.F).
Pre-Shipment Verification of Conformity (PVoC) is required or all goods imported into Rwanda and has to be arranged by shipper, not shipper’s air export agent, using SGS. Once PVoC is complete at origin, the inspecting agent issues shipper with a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) and this has to travel with AWB to destination.
