Notes
All documents must be in English
Commercial invoice must clearly state incoterms and applicable HS codes per line item
HAWB must show actual true freight charges otherwise IATA rate will be applied as the Value for Customs
Consignee is to be stated in full by name of importer, importers address, phone number and contact person
China Customs at origin require details of MAWB consignee and HAWB consignee tax i.d / VAT number to process export entry.
For all special cargo such as Dangerous Goods, Arms and Ammunition, Live Animals, Perishables, please ensure that the specific
import permits / licenses are in place prior to goods departing origin (shipper to check with consignee).
As of 1st January 2018, Pre Shipment Inspection / CoC is no longer required to be undertaken by the commercial shipper at origin.
Instead, all shipments valued at 3000000 CFA and more are inspected upon arrival in Mali for PVoC / CoC issuance.
