All documents must be in English

Shippers invoice and packing list must be original shipper paperwork (colour letterhead or colour invoice paper)

Original shippers invoice and packing list must also bear shipper company stamp on all pages

HAWB must show actual true freight charges otherwise IATA rate will be applied as the Value for Customs at destination

Consignee is to be stated in full by importer of record, importers address, phone number and contact person

China Customs at origin require details of MAWB consignee and HAWB consignee tax i.d / VAT number to process export entry.

If invoice incoterms are C.I.F then a copy of the insurance policy, or insurance certificate, must be attached to the AWB.

If commodity has a supporting MSDS certificate then a copy must be attached to the AWB.

For all manufactured machinery, a copy of the product brochure/catalogue must be attached to the AWB.

For all products or packing materials of solid wood, the wood must be heat treated or fumigated to ISPM15/IPPC standard, and also supported by a fumigation / heat treated ISPM15 certificate. All solid wood products and materials must also clearly bear the IPPC stamp.

EUR1 for all E.E.C origin shipments
Under the European Union Free Trade Agreement, all goods of EU origin must have an accompanying EUR1 certificate with shipment
in order for consignee to receive preferential import duty at destination.
Certified EUR1 in original must travel with the AWB, copy not accepted at destination.
Shippers original invoice and packing list must be legalized by the Chamber of Commerce at origin and documents attached to the AWB.

Legalized certificate of origin for all non E.E.C origin shipments
A legalized certificate of origin certified by the Egyptian Embassy at origin must be attached to the AWB.
Shippers original invoice and packing list must be legalized by the Chamber of Commerce at origin and documents attached to the AWB.
