Back-to-Back Champions
Winning once is an achievement; winning twice in a row is a testament to consistency and excellence. When asked about the feeling of securing this honor for the second consecutive year, our team described it as “even better this year than it did last year” and “absolutely phenomenal.”
What makes this recognition particularly special is that it came as a complete surprise. As Jarryd Niescior, our General Manager, shared in his interview: “Everyone’s just ecstatic back home, obviously fantastic news, complete surprise. We are just over the moon and extremely happy.”

The Secret to Our Success
What has positioned Aero Africa as the industry’s top performer? According to our team members, it comes down to three core principles:
- Remaining relevant in a constantly evolving industry
- Maintaining flexibility to adapt to market challenges
- Staying true to our values of neutrality and customer-first service
This approach has enabled us to navigate one of the industry’s biggest challenges – balancing supply and demand for capacity. As Jarryd explained, “It’s just that whole balance of supply and demand for capacity at the moment, just trying to get the space required at the required rates… Everyone is struggling with capacity and just trying to balance that whole supply and demand.”
Building Global Partnerships
The OPENAP25 conference provided more than just an awards platform – it offered invaluable opportunities to strengthen our global network. Our team described the networking experience as “fantastic,” highlighting the importance of “building on relationships that we have with our partners globally” and “working on new exciting ideas and finding ways to collaborate together.”
These international connections are crucial for enhancing our service offerings across Africa and delivering superior solutions to our clients worldwide.
Looking Ahead: Exciting Developments on the Horizon
While celebrating current achievements, the Aero Africa team is already focused on the future. During the interviews, our team teased some exciting developments coming soon, with special emphasis on our perishable service that’s launching in South Africa.
“We’ve got a few things on the horizon for us, namely our perishable service that is kicking off very soon. We’ve just got the warehouse going, and we will now be launching that service in and out of South Africa,” Jarryd revealed.
Another team member hinted at further expansion with a playful teaser about upcoming offerings: “It’s going to be cold” – suggesting developments in temperature-controlled logistics that will further enhance our comprehensive service portfolio.
Aiming Higher for the 10th Anniversary
With NAP’s 10th anniversary conference approaching next year, the pressure is on to maintain our winning streak. When asked if Aero Africa would be pursuing another award, our team’s response was unequivocal: “We are absolutely pushing for it. We’ve got some surprises, some new products launching into the market, and we cannot wait to keep extending our brand.”
This forward-thinking mindset reflects our company philosophy, summed up perfectly in Jarryd’s words: “We ask ourselves what’s next. We aim higher and we keep going.”
A Team Achievement
These accolades wouldn’t be possible without the dedication and hard work of the entire Aero Africa family. As emphasized by our team, this recognition is “all due to the teams and everyone working together, collaborating.”
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Neutral Air Partner team for hosting such an exceptional event, to MSC Air Cargo for sponsoring the awards, and especially to our clients and partners who place their trust in us for their African operations.
As we proudly display these awards at our headquarters, we remain committed to our mission of providing simplified, reliable, and efficient air cargo solutions across Africa. These achievements belong to everyone who has been part of our journey, and we look forward to continuing this upward trajectory together.
