Aero Africa Sub Saharan Africa (Pty) Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Mary Pillay as a Sales Consultant. Mary will be responsible for Sales in South Africa growing existing business and acquiring new business.

Mary started her career in Aviation in 1996, working for Sun Air Sales and thereafter SAA Cargo Sales up to 2020. She brings a wealth of experience from passenger retail and 21 years cargo experience.

Trained in IATA Cargo courses, Dangerous Goods as well as negotiation and selling skills, has equipped her to close the deal.  Mary has a strong relationship with the cargo market in Durban especially the airfreight sector.

Aero Africa – Sub Saharan Africa was proud to host and sponsor for the first time, a four-ball, as well as to set up our very own stand at the Air Cargo Operators Committee (ACOC) Golf Day that took place on the 28^{th of} October 2021, at the Benoni Country Club, Johannesburg, South Africa.

The Air Cargo Committee is committed to advancing the industry’s understanding and knowledge of air cargo economics and practices. Its focus is to assist airport operators in the management of existing air cargo resources, maximization of potential air cargo opportunities and the enhancement of air cargo revenues, in addition to providing a forum to discuss cargo-related security issues and developing concerns in the air cargo industry.

Our very own Jade Da Cost – CCO and Jarryd Niescior -Regional Operations Manager represented us on the golf course and our stand was managed and represented by Jay Cameron – Director – Product Development, Raj Reddy – Operation Manager and Vicky Papageorgiou – Client Relations Manager.
